The Keysite
Approach
Our focus is on developing long-term relationships and utilizing a private banking model to provide customized real estate financing solutions. By discreetly and confidentially offering flexible products, we can structure a variety of real estate transactions and provide liquidity creation, in a tax-efficient manner, through asset as well as pooled/portfolio-wide solutions.
Opportunities include asset recapitalizations, legacy asset upgrades and new acquisition capital as well as family liquidity/estate planning needs, inter-generational wealth transfers and opportunity to generate cash and distribute to family members or partners.
We also help our bank partners manage their real estate portfolio while accommodating the borrowing needs of valued clients by taking subordinate pieces of loans that we co-underwrite.
